I have been drawing the rate of £42 per annum from the 1st January 1914, but I beg to point out that owing to the length of time that has elapsed since my pension commenced, I received no pension so far for November and December 1913. My pension was granted on the 25th October 1918.
I understand from Crown Agents that this is owing to the papers not arriving from Hong Kong, referring to the same at the time of my pension. I thought I was justified in bringing this to your notice.
